Author Biography

Ashley Henrickson

Ashley Henrickson is an M.A. student in history at the University of Lethbridge, studying the experiences of Canadian children and youth whose brothers or fathers served overseas during the First World War. Her work has been supported by the Roger Soderstrom Scholarship and the Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship. She is currently writing a book chapter with her supervisor, Dr. Kristine Alexander, about the emotional experiences of Canadian children during the First World War.
